Its design reflects the perfect harmony between modern facilities and luxury of a first class hotel and the stunning, natural environment of the area characterized by the turquoise sea and the spectacular landscape. The complex also houses an ultramodern Spa, which is equipped with state of the art facilities and offers guests a wide variety of therapies and services.

This fabulous resort has a total of 516 rooms in 13 villas of three levels with 6 Suites and 30 Junior. Suites per villa and 48 cabins on two levels with 4 Cabins Suites (Adults only) each.

The resort is approximately 30 minutes from Montego Bay and its airport. Guests can use the services and facilities of Grand Palladium Jamaica Resort & Spa.

ALL INCLUSIVE

The resort offers guests a complete program that includes breakfast and lunch buffet. Dinner in buffet or in one of the specialty restaurants (with a la carte table service, dinner, unlimited use, subject to availability), local and international drinks with or without alcohol (also included in the club), house wine at lunch and dinner cocktails and selected international, top shelf “premium” beverages at Miss Lou’s Bar, nightly entertainment, sports bar (with gaming lounge), free wireless internet (lobby area with restricted access), sports and entertainment including, as description, according to Spa above description, towels and beach umbrellas and use of pool included, mini club, mini bar in room stocked daily, and room service.

Guests are entitled to meals according to the schedule of every bar and restaurant, as well as national and international drinks, sparkling house wine, ice cream and snacks. For children under 18 years old, the program only includes non-alcoholic drinks.

Guests should wear the wristband in order to ensure the right to use these services during their stay.

ACCOMMODATIONS

JUNIOR SUITES

The Junior Suite can accommodate 2-3 adults with its king size bed or two double beds. Beautiful decor, with the plenty of space. This spacious room is 570 square feet for a comfortable and unforgettable stay.

Maximum occupancy is 5 persons (2 Adults + 2 Children / 3 Adults + 1 Children)

ONE BEDROOM SUITE

The Suite can accommodate 2-3 adults and is 753 square feet – perfect for a luxurious and comfortable stay. In addition to the amenities of the Junior Suite, the Suite also has a spacious living room.

Maximum occupancy is 4 (2 Adults + 2 Children)

VILLA SUITES (ADULTS ONLY)

The gorgeous Bungalow/Cabin is the perfect choice for adults. These rooms are for adults only and have amazing views of the sea, a private entrance for maximum privacy, a double Jacuzzi and a terrace with hammocks. This room also has an outdoor shower allowing you to enjoy the pleasant experience of a shower in the open air. Maximum Occupancy 2 Adults.

Sports facilities: 3 tennis courts, 2 tennis Beach volleyball, 1 basketball court, 1 soccer field (artificial turf), and a 9-hole mini golf. Pools and beaches, 5 freshwater pools: a large swimming pool with 4 built-in Jacuzzis and swim-up bar, a pool in the fenced-in, separate mini club for children, a swimming pool with built-in Jacuzzi (open until midnight), a “quiet pool ” on the Grand Palladium Jamaica Resort & Spa side, with 1 built-in Jacuzzi and bar service, a large spa pool boasting a lazy river and built-in Jacuzzis.

In the all-inclusive program: Catamarans, kayaking, snorkeling, pedal boats and windsurfing, non-motorized water sports.

Daily activities: Aerobics, water gymnastics, table tennis, basketball, beach volleyball, soccer, tennis, petanque, water polo, darts, participation games, miniature golf (9 holes), archery.

With extra charge: Fishing, hiking, scuba diving courses, sailing course, windsurfing courses, water sports, motorized vehicles.

Entertainment: Activities and games in the main pools and at the beach. Kid’s entertainment during the day and show for kids and mini disco at night. Shows and games every night in the theater. Boogie Woogie night club with air conditioning from11:00 pm – 2:00 am.

Includes all meals at the resort’s restaurants according to the schedules and conditions of each facility; snacks 24 hours, unrestricted use of the a la carte restaurants which do not require booking (subject to availability), no limit on number of visits. “Beeper” available, long pants and sleeved shirt are requested of men (no shorts allowed), domestic drinks 24 hours, a selection of international drinks in some bars and welcome drink also included.

Buffet Restaurants:

Mo’Bay: Located in Grand Palladium Jamaica Resort & Spa Italian corner, it features show cooking and air conditioning.

Negril: Located in Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton Resort & Spa with an Italian corner, show cooking and air conditioning.

The Blue Lagoon : A beautiful outdoor restaurant with fabulous views over the main pool. It has an Italian corner and show cooking.

A la Carte Restaurants Schedules are subject to seasonal changes:

Bhogali: Located in the Grand Palladium Jamaica Resort & Spa in front of the main pool, it offers a la carte Indian cuisine specialties for dinner.

El Mariachi : Located on the second floor, this restaurant features a la carte dining and scrumptious Mexican cuisine. Air conditioning.

Bubba’s: Located on the second floor, it offers a la carte service with grilled specialties. Air conditioning.

Reggaetoni: Located in Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton Resort & Spa opposite the main pool. An Italian trattoria boasting excellent cuisines and a la carte service.

Lotus House: Located on the second floor, the restaurant features a la carte dining and oriental specialties. Air conditioning.

Xaymaica Creole: Located on the first floor. Boasting regional cuisine with a la carte dining service. Air conditioning.

Poseidon’s Sunset Cove (BBQ Restaurant): Located on the beach. It serves as a snack restaurant by day and offers rice and seafood at night.

PAYMENT AND DEPOSITS

Deposit of $200pp-$250pp

(In most cases depending on flight carrier & Travel Protection is purchased)

This deposit will cover the air tickets, all-inclusive resort and the round trip airport transfers. Everything will be taken care of in one deposited reservation making traveling easy!

The deposits will be due normally 24 hours after setting up the reservation.

Please do not set up a reservation if you are unable to make the deposit.

Lower deposit is only available when Travel Protection is purchased

Have airline miles, use them!

We can still do the resort reservation and include your roundtrip airport transfers

I’ll need your flight arrival and departure information to ensure your Airport Transfers are set up and waiting for you when you arrive Cancun.

Making the deposit

You will need to fill out a Credit Card Authorization form on file to have your travel documents sent out.

The Final Payment

The final payment will be due 50 days prior to departure. At the time of deposit you can request your final be made to the same credit card on the Final Balance Due Date. This is subject to change.

Payment Plans

I’m happy to work with anyone needing a monthly payment plan. Make your initial deposit. When ready to make a payment, email the amount you would like to charge and the last 4 digits of the credit card you would like to use.

If you are using a different card then what you used for the deposit then contact me to set it up.
